Billing questions

Can I switch between monthly and annual?: Yes — open Manage billing and change your plan. Charges are pro-rated automatically.
What happens if I cancel?: Pro features stay active through the end of your paid period, then your account returns to the free plan. Your squads and data are never deleted.
Does every squad member need Pro?: No. Higher member limits and squad-wide tools apply to any squad you own, for everyone in it.
Are taxes included?: Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
