Moderation-safe media

- Clips: MP4, WEBM or MOV up to 60 seconds and 40 MB.
- Type, size and duration validated in the browser before upload.
- Files land in a private bucket scoped to the uploader and served through short-lived signed links.
- Video posters and resized image thumbnails keep feeds light; the full asset loads only on tap.
- Authors can delete an attachment without deleting the thread.
Why it matters
Boards give a member something to do on the days nothing is going wrong. Public threads are indexable, which turns real questions into organic acquisition; squad boards keep the group returning between drills; profile feeds make expertise visible and drive connection requests into the search funnel.
